1. Pricing Plans

Each plan provides access to all our services, but the rate per targeted user varies based on the selected plan.
2. Plan Selection and Payment Calculation
Before accessing our services, you must select a plan that corresponds to your expected number of targeted users. Payment will be calculated based on the number of users you intend to track, operating on a "pay-as-you-use" model.
3. Quota Validity
There are no time constraints associated with your chosen plan. Your quota will remain active until you have exhausted the limits of your plan, ensuring you can utilize your allocated users at your own pace.
4. Plan Cancellation and Renewal
You cannot cancel your plan midway through its active period. However, you are welcome to renew your plan once your existing plan has been fully utilized.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for the selected plan are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, and we recommend reviewing the details of your plan and user count before completing the transaction.
6. Additional Charges
Should your usage exceed the quota defined by your plan, additional charges may apply based on the rate per targeted user. You will be notified of these charges before they are applied.
7. Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle will begin upon successful payment for your chosen plan. You will receive notifications regarding any upcoming renewals or changes to your plan.
8. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process. Ensure that you provide accurate billing information to avoid any disruptions to your service.
9. Updates to Payment Policy
We reserve the right to update this payment policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new payment policy.
